If someone were to ask you to define yourself, how would you answer them?

If I asked myself this question, pretty sure I’d stumble around a bit thinking about what to say. Let’s ask this question in a way that defines my work: What characteristics would classify you being an entrepreneur? I formed a list, because I’m a list-maker kind of person, to answer this question.

The break down of characteristics, were formed in a bubble diagram and numbered in order to what I felt made up an entrepreneur’s persona. Perhaps this is even how a person develops into their life’s theme of entrepreneur, based of my list of characteristics.

However, I feel that entrepreneurs are born, but I’m not completely biased that one could be made into an entrepreneur. This possible theory is rather off topic and will be discussed at another time, but knowing we shall meet for another interesting post soon.

I listed, basically, what kind of person would be worthy enough to call themselves an entrepreneur. The following is my list of what traits I hold as an entrepreneur. Later, I will go into each topic in depth as time goes on.

  1. Inventors
  2. Self-belief
  3. Hard worker
  4. Givers
  5. Passion
  6. Adaptable
  7. Motivated
  8. Organised
  9. Dedicated
  10. Product knowledge
  11. Risk taker
  12. Disciplined
  13. Connections
  14. Hard work – Not a typo for ‘hard worker’.
  15. Market knowledge
  16. Effective planning
  17. Service oriented
  18. Purpose

Reading over this list, you may or may not be able to connect to all of the traits. Or you may simply just feel very tired, trying to think how you’d manage fulfilling these tasks, and sensing this is a very busy person. If you know someone like this, a busy person, they could very well be an entrepreneur. Perhaps you check off each of the characteristics just like I do.

When choosing a career path, it’s important to have a plan and do the best you can to see the end result. This is will help you along the way and assist with focusing your time to reach your dream. As an entrepreneur, planning and time management is key always.

By taking a look at the list above, you have to determine how serious you are about becoming an entrepreneur and whether or not it is the right fit for you and any lifestyle improvements that you want.

Entrepreneurs evolve as often and as fast as the market, so having the will to move forward takes solid commitment.

To see that all these traits can come from one person alone, I knew that I found my open door when I discovered online marketing. Doors are always open and reopening through digital businesses. To define yourself today as an entrepreneur has never been so easy, and I’m taking full advantage of my life’s purpose.

If you check off all or most of the characteristics from my list, send me a message and let’s talk about your own purpose for a new lifestyle. If you’re missing some traits but know you can easily learn about them and move forward as an entrepreneur, then we can work together to find your inner entrepreneur strengths.

We cannot be scared of unknowns, the what-ifs, the lack of knowledge of using the digital economy to create a job that will lead to a new lifestyle, or even when we are not polished in every trait of a busy business person.

Life is about learning, doing, then teaching, and helping the planet move forward in unconditional love and understanding way. I know I’m needed, are you ready to be needed as well?

Until next time,

Have a wonderful day,

~Cassie
